Data Protection – our main policy states that we hold no customer financial data on a web-connected database. The Holistic Toolbox mailing list database is held on the email marketing service provider's servers.

International Data Transfers & Third-Party Disclosures – where Holistic Toolbox stores or transfers personal information outside of New Zealand, we have robust procedures and safeguarding measures in place to secure, encrypt, and maintain the integrity of the data.
